What is the minimum initial deposit required to open an account?
To get started, a minimum deposit of $500 is required to open and activate your trading account

How do I deposit and withdraw funds?
We exclusively use Direct Wire Transfers to ensure maximum security. You can easily fund or withdraw from your trading account using both local Iraqi and international bank accounts. All transfers are processed directly through our secure custodian account at BMO Bank, USA.
Who is eligible to open an account?
Al-Arqam is currently available to all Iraqi citizens. To qualify, you must be an adult and hold all of the following valid documents: Iraqi National ID, Passport and Residency Card.
What protections and guarantees apply to my trading account?
Your assets are protected through two primary layers of coverage, depending on where your funds are held:*FDIC Insurance (Banking): All deposits and withdrawals processed through our custodian bank, BMO, are FDIC insured up to $250,000. This covers cash while it is held at the bank level.*SIPC Protection (Brokerage): Once funds are in your trading account, your securities and cash are protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). This provides coverage up to $500,000, which includes a $250,000 limit for cash claims.
